Pat Kennedy (Chairman and CEO)

Kennedy and fellow Cellport architects have advocated "open telematics connectivity" as their mantra since the company founding in 1993. Kennedy has worked to evolve and grow a portfolio of networking hardware and software technologies focused on bridging the Grand Canyon size gap of disparities between consumer electronics and automotive. Kennedy is credited with contributing to nine Cellport patents and leads the company's licensing and technology partnering programs. Kennedy has a B.A. in International Economics from the University of Buffalo and has worked in the wireless and networking fields for the past 25 years.

Andrew Quartner (Vice Chairman)

Quartner joined Cellport in 1997 and leads Cellport's legal and financial activities. Quartner's tenure in the wireless industry spans 20 years with a variety of contributory roles. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, Law for AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. and its predecessor company McCaw Cellular Communications. Quartner received a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Yale University.

Chuck Spaur (Vice President, Architectures)

Chuck has worked with Cellport in various rolls since 1994. He has contributed to the development of numerous patents and telematics technologies. Currently Chuck is working to develop Cellport's CP-Connect technologies. Chuck has B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado, and a M.S. from The Johns Hopkins University.
