Cellport Systems' patents are critical to a wide range of wireless and embedded automotive telematics products and a key element of Cellport's business strategy is to promote widespread adoption of these technologies and architectures. Accordingly, the Company generates royalty revenues by licensing its patent portfolio to third parties for design, manufacture and sale of products incorporating Cellport technologies.

Cellport has granted licenses to a number of companies, granting rights to some or all of Cellport's patents. In each case, limitations may apply regarding the products or technologies which are authorized.
