Pat Kennedy

Pat Kennedy is Founder and Chairman of Boulder-based Cellport Systems. Since Cellport's inception in 1993, he has focused on developing and licensing connected vehicle platforms. Pat is a named inventor on twenty-three patents and is active on numerous product development initiatives.

Pat has been published in intellectual property journals and has presented at national and international conferences. He is the author of IdeaJacked - a book on technology development, entrepreneurism and the costs related to intellectual property theft.

Pat holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Buffalo. He is active on several private and public Boards.

Ray Sokola

Ray Sokola serves as Cellport’s Vice Chairman. He was previously Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Telematics Business at Motorola. Over his career he has held business and technology leadership roles in a variety of areas for Tyco Electronics, DTS and Wavetek. Ray also started three businesses, holds twenty U.S. patents and has received three Motorola Patent of the Year awards.

Ray received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Andrew Quartner

Andy Quartner joined Cellport in 1997 and is the company's General Counsel and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. His tenure in the wireless industry spans 30 years with a variety of contributory roles in both finance and law. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, Law for AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. and its predecessor company McCaw Cellular Communications.

Andy received a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Yale University.

James P. Caile

Jim Caile is a retired Corporate Vice President for Motorola. Jim joined Motorola's Corporate Acquisition Office in 1975; rising to the position of Vice President and Director of Marketing for the personal communications sector over the next 20 years. In 1995, Jim was elected Corporate Vice President - Personal Communications by the Motorola Board.

Jim received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Loyola University and his MBA from University of Chicago.

Bob Johnson

Bob Johnson is a retired telecommunications executive. Most recently he served as Chief Customer Officer at Frontier Communications. Prior to this assignment, he was the President of Sprint's consumer business unit. Before joining Sprint, Bob was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Sotto Wireless, an all-in-one business communications service, established in 2005. Sotto Wireless combined the capabilities of mobile phones and office phone systems into one platform.

Between 1999 and 2004, Bob served AT&T Wireless as their Executive Vice President for national operations and an officer of the company. He joined AT&T Wireless in 1988 when the company acquired McCaw Cellular Communications.

Bob holds a B.S. degree in marketing and an M.S. in business administration from Indiana University.

Jim Schuster

Jim was the President and CEO of Hawker Beechcraft between 2001 and 2009. In 2007, he successfully took the Company private. From 2001 through 2007 Jim also served as Executive Vice President of Raytheon Corporation headquartered in Waltham Mass. Previously, Jim served as President of Raytheon Aircraft Integration Systems, Executive Vice President of Magnetek Corporation and President of Magnetek Motors and Generators Company. His experience also includes senior operating roles with Westinghouse and Allied Signal Corporations. Jim continues to serve on numerous Boards.

Jim earned his BA from Lock Haven University and his MBA from Lake Erie College in Cleveland Ohio.

George Mansho

George Mansho is the CEO and founder of The Mansho Group, a team of experienced experts from the IP and telecommunications fields. In 2011, George retired from his position as a Corporate Senior Vice President at Qualcomm, where he was involved in their groundbreaking CDMA license programs. He was also involved in opening and managing Qualcomm's many international operations. Prior to Qualcomm, George held several legal and management positions with Ball Corporation.

George holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
